Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or delivered.

However, we will consider refunds under the following conditions:

• You purchased the same item more than once by mistake

• You experience technical issues that cannot be resolved after contacting support

• The file is corrupted or does not match the description (proof must be provided)
